Our client had led a successful program to deliver financial savings and process improvements. Two months after the program had wrapped, our client noticed her team’s performance metrics were off-track. Committed to sustaining results, our client initiated an effort to close these gaps.
TILTCO partnered with our client to quickly implement practical solutions to close the performance gap. We created a delegate-network with the accountability to both provide feedback to the project and, most importantly, cascade project messages to their network. We provided hands-on coaching to team members to help them create more effective tools and job aids to communicate changes in processes and procedures. And, we acted as a thought partner to the project manager to help identify and test improvement ideas.
The program quickly brought performance measures back on track and the tremendous results gained from the performance improvement program were maintained, if not accelerated.
