The TiltCo Approach

An ambitious non-profit wanted to revisit its overall strategy. The process would be driven by internal resources to build internal capability. But, they needed support – a collaborative partner who could co-facilitate the strategy process.

Together we:

• Conducted in-depth internal and external interviews to identify the organization’s strengths and areas of focus
• Participated in a highly collaborative process with the team to revisit the organization’s mission, vision, values and strategy
• Co-designed a leadership strategy off-site to inform and advance the strategy
